| Abstract: | Some fundamental problems of pharmacology important for setting investigations dealing with the search for new effective drugs are considered. The ways of introduction of drugs into the body, the types and functions of biological membranes, mediators of central and peripheral nervous systems, various receptor systems, and enzyme inhibitors are discussed. |
