| 摘 要： | 生长激素具有刺激骨及软骨的生长,影响蛋白质、糖类、脂类的代谢,调节各种形式的RNA的生物合成等一些重要的生理功能。因而各种来源的生长激素的研究一直是一个非常活跃的领域。自从1972年Bewley等人查明了羊生长激素(OGH)的一级结构以来,人们为探讨其结构与功能的关系,用小分子修饰羊生长激素,取得了一定的结果。然而羊生长激素用于临床却受到异体蛋白抗原性的限制。为了解决这一问题,Cristina等人用小分子修饰

| Abstract: | The chemical modification of ovine growth hormone with activated monometnoxypolyethelene glycol (MW 5000) were studied, it showed that the antigen-antibody binding ability of modified OGH was completly removed when the molar number of PEG_2 was 6 times that of free ammine group of OGH, and remained its activity 20 per cent that of native OGH. |
