| Abstract: | The self-assembly technique was discussed. And the theory, feature and process of self-assembly technique were introduced. The application of self-assembly technique in fabricating PLED has been discussed in detail, including SAMs and layer-by-layer-self-assembled membrane. Some influence factors on performance of self- assembly film were introduced. |
