摘    要:介绍了分子自组装技术的原理、特点及过程。重点从自组装单层膜和逐层自组装膜两方面介绍自组装技术在制备发光器件方面的应用,并综述了影响自组装薄膜性能的因素。

Abstract:The self-assembly technique was discussed. And the theory, feature and process of self-assembly technique were introduced. The application of self-assembly technique in fabricating PLED has been discussed in detail, including SAMs and layer-by-layer-self-assembled membrane. Some influence factors on performance of self- assembly film were introduced.
