数字化设计与制造大平台实验教学研究

摘    要:数字化设计与制造综合性大平台实验是高等院校实践教学环节中培养学生工程综合素质与工程实践能力的重要实践教学环节。文中针对当前我国机械制造加工急需技术人才的现状,采用UG软件强大的CAD/CAM/NC功能,使学生综合三维造型、加工工艺分析、自动编程、模型加工等几方面的知识,完成综合性训练,从而达到所学知识的全面融合。

Abstract:Digital design and manufacture integrated experiment is a large platform experiment in college for students' overall quality of engineering and engineering practice.According to current status of machinery manufacturing and processing in our country,we need CAD/CAM/NC function of UG software,so that students can integrate three-dimensional modeling,process analysis,automatic programming,models and other aspects of knowledge processing to complete the comprehensive training,to achieve the full integration of the knowledge.
