转笼生物反应器流场的滑移网格与动网格计算比较

摘    要:转笼生物反应器是利用动态流化床的理念研制的一种新型反应器,其内部流场直接影响反应器的污水处理效果,采用计算流体力学方法(CFD)模拟其内部流场,对于优化转笼结构,提高污水处理效率有着重要作用.通过采用滑移网格与动网格两种方法对转笼内部流场进行计算比较,分析表明:滑移网格在模型处理、复杂运动边界模拟和计算结果连续性方面不及动网格模型;滑移网格在计算耗费方面优于动网格模型.

Abstract:The rotation-cage-type bio-reactor is designed according to theory of dynamics fluidized bed,and its internal flow field directly impacts the effect of sewage treatment.The method of computational fluid dynamics(CFD) is an effective means to analyze its internal flow field,optimize its structure,and improve its effect of sewage treatment.In this paper,the difference of internal flow field is compared between sliding grid model and dynamics mesh model by use of rotation-cage-type bio-reactor example,the results indicate that:(1) sliding grid model is less than dynamics mesh model in model treatment,complicated moving boundary simulation and results continuity;(2) sliding grid model is better than dynamics mesh model in computational consuming.
