| Abstract: | A convenient method for the synthesis of pyridoxine alkenyl derivatives by the Wittig reaction of (2,8-dimethyl-4H-1,3]dioxino4,5-c]pyridin-5-yl)methyl]triphenylphosphonium chloride with aldehydes was suggested. Some of the compounds obtained exhibit antitumor activity in vitro. |
