混合指标层次模糊决策法及其在农村循环经济建设中的应用

提出了农村循环经济发展评价指标体系，针对这种混合指标多层次综合评价问题，应用层次分析的思想，提出了一种混合指标层次模糊决策方法．该方法的主要特点是将影响系统的定性指标与定量指标进行“满意度”的评价，尤其是对定性指标采用模糊数的总期望值进行评价，使之更加客观真实地反映实际状况，进一步引入模糊一致判断矩阵，得到系统的综合“满意度”评价方法．最后通过实例分析，表明该方法具有实际应用价值．

Hybrid index hierarchy fuzzy decision-making method and its application to the circular economy in country

The index system is constructed on the circular economy in country. To evaluate the circular economy in country,the hybrid index hierarchy fuzzy decision-making method is proposed according to the idea of hierarchy analysis and the fuzzy consistent matrix. The main characteristics of this method stress on the methodology of fuzzy evaluation for hybrid index systems,in which the qualitative and quantitative indices are synthetically considered. After getting the marginal evaluations for each index,a global evaluation for all indices is got. Finally,an illustrative example is given to clarify the effectiveness of the developed approach.
