总结写作的三个阶段

结合写作实例,提出并分析了总结写作的3个阶段:前写作阶段包括搜集计划落实情况、查阅历史档案资料、借鉴兄弟单位经验、做好理论准备、选择理论视角等步骤;写作阶段包括分析归纳基本经验、列出存在问题、提出今后设想等步骤;后写作阶段包括修改润色、版面设计、请领导审阅、必要时征求群众意见、根据反馈意见做出相应修改等步骤。

Three Stages of the Summarizing Writing

This article,combined with the practical samples of writing,suggests and analyzes the three stages of summarizing writing: The previous stage includes the implementation of the plan for searching the materials,consulting the historic archived documents,learning and using the experience of other fraternal units,getting ready for theoretical preparations and making choices of the theoretical perception.The writing stage should include the analysis and summary of the basic experience,listing the problems existing and putting forward the conceptions for the future work.The post stage of the writing includes revises and modification and asking the leaders for the examination.If necessary,the opinions of the masses should be collected to make corresponding changes.
