摘    要:为了揭示滑动电接触载流摩擦磨损特性,寻找最优的运行条件,以弓网系统受流为研究对象,对法向载荷如何影响受电弓滑板和接触导线之间载流磨损特性进行了实验研究.研究结果表明:无电流条件下,磨损量随着法向载荷的增加递增;载流条件下则表现出明显不同的磨损特性:随着法向载荷的增大,磨损量呈现出先减小而增加的变化趋势,且下降率大于上升率,同时定义了磨损量最小时的法向载荷值为最佳法向载荷,发现最佳法向载荷值随着速度的增大相应增大.当法向载荷大于此值时,主要磨损为机械磨损,法向载荷小于此值时,主要磨损为电气磨损.该研究结果对最优载荷的研究具有指导意义.

Abstract:In order to understand the frictional characteristics of sliding electrical contact wear,and find out optimum operational conditions,taking a pantograph and catenary system to power supply as an example,this study investigates the impact of normal load on the tribological characteristics of pantograph plate and contact wear under electrical current.The experimental results show that with the increase of normal load,the wear loss of pantograph plate increases without electrical current.While with electrical current,however,it obviously shows different wearing characteristics:the wear loss of sliding plate decreases initially and then increases with the normal load increase,and the decrease rate is bigger than increase rate.At the mean time,the optimum normal load value is defined as the normal load when the wear loss is minimum.The optimum value increases with the increase of sliding velocity.When the normal load value is bigger than optimum load value,the main wear is mechanical wear.However,the main wear becomes electrical wear when normal load is less than optimum load value.The research result provides a useful guidance for studying normal load optimum value.
