| Abstract: | A new strain of Flammulina velutipes was bred by irradiating dikaryotic hypha of F126 with 60Co γ-rays and selection in several generation.Tests of growth factors,resistance to deseases and production were conducted.The procedure of selection,main characters and main points of cultivation were expounded. |
