脂润滑对100C6钢微动磨损特性的影响

摘    要:探讨了在不同振幅及载荷作用下脂润滑对100C6钢微动磨损特性的影响,研究表明,脂润滑可缓解微动接触表面的损伤,滑移区域中润滑脂减摩效果优于部分滑移区和混合区,润滑脂在接触界面之间很难保持有效润滑;在稳定的脂润滑上微动区域的划分变化不大。

Abstract:The effect of lubricating grease on the fretting wear behaviour of 100C6 steel under different displacement amplitude and normal load has been investigated. Results show that grease lubrication retarded the occurrence of fretting damage, and it is more effective in slip regime than in mixed or in partial slip regime. However, due to the specific movement of fretting, it is very difficult to maintain lubricating grease in the fretted contact surfaces. Compared with dry fretting, no significant difference in the deviding of the fretting regime has been observed with grease lubricated fretting.
