| Abstract: | Frequency response of W-band Publsed IMPATT diodes operating over varying ambient temperature has been discussed in details. A method has been suggested to compensate the chirp fluctuation with the ambient temperature. Also discussed quantiatively the control of chirp bandwidth by bias current ramping. |
