15th Anniversary of the synthesis of the first fluorine analogue of vitamin D3 chemical and biological aspects of the problem

A review of literature information and the results of investigations by the authors on methods of synthesis for, and the biological activity of, fluorine derivatives of vitamin D₃ expands traditional idea on their influence on the regulation of Ca and P metabolism in the organism.
