| Abstract: | The energy spectra of slow secondary electrons from a copper surface under bombardment with H+, H+2, and H+3 ions have been measured at an energy of 200 keV/atom. Distinct molecular effects are revealed in the ratios of the respective distribution curves for molecular ion and proton impact. |
