摘    要:放射源的射线计数随时间而涨落。利用物质对射线的吸收原理来测量或控制物质流量时,它将产生测量误差与控制不稳。本讨论了这种涨落与误差的关系,(1)首先从分析放射源涨落规律开始,然后找出项目测控系统中产生的有无物料判断误差与瞬时流量跳字误差,按照国际建议规定,巧妙地运用编程方法解决了工程中的这一实际问题;(2)给出为了达到系统设计目标所进行的放射性计数判断决策与数据处理技术的方法,同时结合一个工业现场

Abstract:Measurement errors may occur with the instability of the system in radical device or its control system because of the fluctuation of the radiation source. The relationship between this radiating counting fluctuation and measurement errors is discussed. First, the measurement error is deduced from the formulation of the fluctuation of radiation source; then, the essential strength of radiation source is calculated to realize the basic functions of the new system. Specifically, two problems are discussed in detail: (1) According to the sampled radiating counting fluctuation in production and the user's requirements for a radical device or its control system, the amplitude of the fluctuation of the radiation source is analyzed and calculated; then from the relationship between this radiating counting fluctuation and measurement errors, the essential strength of the radiation source is given for the newly designed radical device system. (2) According to the maximum difference between two radiating counting fluctuations displayed on the radical device , the program design is suggested to realize the user's requirement. At last, the program design method is explained with examples for practical application in industry.
