网络环境下高校图书馆数字化方面的著作权问题研究

信息技术的发展,促进了高校数字图书馆的发展。高校数字图书馆在为读者提供便捷信息服务的同时,也遇到了著作权法在资源数字化、信息传播网络化方面对图书馆的制约,这在一定程度上影响了数字图书馆的发展。介绍了高校图书馆数字化发展面临的著作权问题,阐述了国外著作权法的立法经验,提出了高校数字图书馆合理使用著作权的建议。

Study on the Copyright Issue in University Library＇s Digitalization under the Network Environment

The development of information technology promotes the development of university digital library.University digital library has encountered the restriction of the copyright law in aspects of resource digitalization and information dissemination networking in providing convenient information service for the readers, which influence the development of digital library to a certain extent. This paper introduces the copyright issue faced by the digitalization development of university library, expounds some legislative experiences of some foreign countries in formulating the copyright law, and puts forward some suggestion for university digital library to make rational use of the copyright law.
