超导调相机中信号监测系统的设计

摘    要:高温超导调相机具有高速旋转、信号种类及数量多的特点,因此需要开发一套高效可靠的小信号采集系统。通过将数据采集卡,数字隔离器,电源进行综合集成的模式,结合行动热点无线传输,达到对超导同步调相机的工作状态进行实时监测,获取所需的科学研究数据,并且对超导同步调相机进行保护的目的。利用该套多通路信号监测系统在静止以及6、12和120 r/min转速下对铂电阻探头和霍尔探头进行了测量,实验发现在77 K下铂电阻探头温度噪声小于0.2 K,霍尔探头磁场噪声小于0.2 mT,通道间干扰信号小于1/1000实际信号值,旋转条件下数据稳定,表明这种结构的信号采集系统能够为300 kvar超导同步调相机实验提供有效数据。

Abstract:Because of the high-speed rotation,the variety and quantity of signals,it is necessary to develop an efficient and reliable small signal acquisition system.In this paper,through the integrated mode of data acquisition card,digital isolator and power supply,combined with the hot spot wireless transmission,the real-time monitoring of the working state of the superconducting synchronous condenser could be achieved,the required scientific research data could be obtained,and the superconducting synchronous condenser could be protected.By using the multi-channel signal monitoring system,the platinum resistance probe and Hall probe were measured at static state and rotating speed of 6,12 and 120 r/min.it is found that the temperature noise of the resistance maintaining probe is less than 0.2 K at 77 K,the magnetic field noise of the Hall probe is less than 0.2 Mt,and the interference signal between channels is less than 1/1000 of the actual signal value.The data under rotating condition is stable,which shows that the signal acquisition of this structure is feasible.The system can provide effective data for the experiment of 300 kvar superconducting synchronous condenser.
