摘    要:数值分析与试验均证明在裂纹尖端存在着J主导区,J积分可以作为决定裂纹起裂的参数.由于韧带较窄,机械加工难以获得深切口尖端的曲率半径为零.考虑裂纹尖端存在一定曲率半径的情况下,对不同切口深度比的裂纹进行动态有限元计算,并和切口尖端曲率半径为零的裂纹进行对比,讨论了切口的曲率半径对J积分的影响,为下一步的断裂试验提供数值分析依据.

Abstract:Numerical analysis and test approved that the top of crack has a J-integral dominant area exactly, and J-integral can be an important parameter to determine fracture initiation. In fact, it is difficult to obtain zero curvature radius at the tip of crack because of narrow ligamentum. Considering that the crack tip has a definite curvature radius, the paper analyses different depth ratio specimen, makes a dynamic finite element calculation and discusses the influence of different curvature radius of notch on the J-integral, offering a base of numerical analysis for the further step of fracture experiment.
