| 摘 要： | 交互式服装衣片计算机辅助排料,降低了劳动强度,缩短了生产周期,可广泛地满足各类服装厂家的要求。排料系统具有衣片移动、旋转、翻转、删除,区段复制,衣片对格,多方向自动靠排、自动排料,排料图移动与放大,自动检查排料限制条件,实时截取用料长度及计算面料利用率等功能。本文介绍了排料服装库的建立与管理,阐述了排料系统中衣片对格、自动靠排与自动排料的原理与方法。

| Abstract: | Interactive computer aided mark making system can increase profit, and is accurancy in result, simple to operate. It provides labor savings, material savings and faster turnaround. Some of the available features are. allowing piece tilting, piece flip, piece rotation, delecting or adding piece, blocked copies, piece to piece matching(plaid, stripe), automatic markers etc. The actual marker length and mat erial utilzation can be requested and displayed at any time. The methods of establishing management of garment data base, piece matching and automatic marker are described in this report. |
