网络舆论形成过程中意见领袖将极大地影响网络舆论的走向.为了从网络话题参与 者中选出意见领袖,在分析网络舆论话题参与者基本属性的基础上,构造了话题参与者的"属 性矩阵",进而提出意见领袖形成模型的综合评价与排序算法,并通过示例说明了应用该模型 的基本步骤和计算方法.模型具有一定的理论指导意义和实际使用价值.

Leader formation model during public opinion formation in internet

To select the leaders of public opinion, who greatly influence the direction of public opinion in Internet, the characteristics of the participators in Web topic discussion were analyzed to build a model. An attribute matrix of the leaders was established based on their characteristics, such as eloquence, impact, activity and insistence. The grades of the characteristics reflected the leadership distinctly. Then, the synthetical evaluation and sort-order algorithm of the leaders in the model were given. An instance was also presented to demonstrate the use of the model, including the steps and calculation. The model is theoretically directive and practically useful.
