摘    要:输送管道是重介质洗煤设备重要的组成部分,长期的实践发现,输送管道经受磨粒磨损,磨损速度很快,不仅造成了资源的大量浪费,而且影响了劳动生产率,因此,研制开发适用于洗煤系统,特别是重介质洗选系统的高耐磨性输送管道具有广阔的市场前景。文章对目前使用的几种输送管道的生产过程及特性做了比较与介绍。

Abstract:The transfer piping is an important component of the heavy- medium coal dressing equipment, and the long- period of practice discovers that the transfer piping is wore by the abrasive grain rapidly, which not only cause tremendous waste of resources but also influent the labor productivity. So, the development of a super wear- resisting transfer piping for coal dressing system especially heavy- medium coal dressing system possesses vast marketing prospect. This paper makes comparison and introduction of the production course and features of several kinds of transfer piping that are used at present.
