不同小麦品种叶片衰老过程中谷氨酰胺合成酶和蛋白水解酶的活性变化

摘    要:五个不同的半矮秆小麦品种在叶片自然衰老过程中,蛋白水解酶活性、可溶性蛋白含量、全N含量等方面没有显著差异,而只有谷氨酰胺合成酶(GS)活性过早的提高与秸杆N的残留量和产量有明显的负相关性.

Abstract:Among five hemi-short-stalked wheat speicies, there was only GS activities appearent differentes, wherease there were not differentes on the activities of proteinase, the contents of soluble protein and total nitrogen during leaves nature senescenes. The high activity of GS during blooming had negtive ralation to remaid nitrogen amount ratio in the stalk and grain production.
