| Abstract: | Anew method for determination of 5-HTwith Nafion modified electrode is described in this paper. The ion-exhcange selectivity coefficient, the apparent diffusion coefficient and the distribution cofficient are calculated based on data from several experiments, which are 1.49×103, 1.29×10-10 (cm2/s), 1.81×104, respectively. Meanwhile, an example is also given by analysis of 5-HT in rabbit brain, the result is satisfactory. |
