| 摘 要： | 精神分裂症是一种常见的精神疾病，以思维、情感、行为等多方面的障碍为表现，其患病率大约在1％．早期诊断并及早药物治疗将获得良好的疗效．近年来，随着精神医学的发展，抗精神病药物不断问世．本文就精神分裂症的诊断与药物治疗新进展予以综述，供临床医生参考．

| Abstract: | Schizophrenia is a common mental disease, whose cardinal manifestations include many disorders, such as the disorders of thinking, feelings, behaviors and so on. Its incidence is about 1% and prognosis is closely related to early diagnosis and pharmacotherapy. Recently many antipsychotics have been put into the treatment with the development of psychiatry. The author reviews the advance in the schizophrenic diagnosis and pharmacotherapy, which can provide reference for the clinicians. |
