Effect of heat generated by an exothermic reaction on the fully developed mixed convection flow in a vertical channel

Abstract:The steady fully developed mixed convection flow in a vertical channel with first-order chemical reaction has been investigated in this paper. The dimensionless governing ordinary differential equations have been solved numerically. It is found that dual solutions exist for both velocity and temperature.
