纳秒窄脉冲信号的空间功率合成设计

摘    要:介绍了空间功率合成系统的基本原理。根据电磁波传播理论推导的空间功率合成公式,分析了影响空间功率合 成效率的主要因素。分析纳秒窄脉冲信号特性,提出了影响合成效率的因素,并给出了提高窄脉冲信号进行空间功率合 成效率的计算公式。基于此理论,设计了一套16 路纳秒窄脉冲信号空间功率合成系统,经测试其合成效率为81%,与理 论分析的计算公式结果吻合。

Abstract:The paper introduces the spatial power-combining technique. According as a formula of the spatial power-combining is deduced by electromagnetism radiate theory, the main factors affecting the spatial power-combining efficiency is analyzed. According to characteristic of nanosecond narrow pulse, the factors affecting the combining efficiency is brought forward, then, a calculation of improving the spatial power efficiency of combining narrow pulse is put forward. Based on the deduction, an equipment of 16 channel nanosecond narrow pulse power combined in spatial is designed. The testing showers the combining efficiency about 81%. The fact accords with formula.
