棒状薄层色谱/氢火焰离子化检测器复杂混峰谱图特征提取方法的研究及应用

摘    要:分析了各种工艺的重油样品近300种,通过各样品的薄层色谱图提取了谱图识别的特征变量,实现了由TLC/FID谱图识别样品类型的目的,并采用偏最小二乘方法将谱图数据特征与洗脱色谱法(eluting chromatography,简称EC^2]法)进行了关联,从而用于重油样品的烃族组成分析,预测结果与EC法相符。

Abstract:ed, which were used to correlate with the results from the eluting chromatography (EC) by partial least squares (PLS) method. A suitable recognition and determination method was proposed based on those quantitative parameters and PLS. The results obtained by this method were compared with those from EC.
