应变测量系统误差分析

摘    要:电阻应变式传感器在实际工程中应用较广。介绍影响电阻应变式传感器精度的一些因素,并对其在实际应用中可能出现的问题进行全面细致的分析。分析电测试验中应变片粘贴质量、非线性及导线长度、温度、不同组桥方式对测试结果所产生的影响,修正了导线电阻引起的误差,大大提高了测量精度,得出了应变电测试试验中减小误差的方法。

Abstract:The resistance strain pressure sensor is now more widely used in the practical engineering application.The factors which affect the performance of the resistance strain pressure sensor is introduced,and then these problems that probably happen in practical applications completely and meticulously are discussed.The influence on the result of the electricity measures to test,caused by the stick quality,the nonlinear error and the length of the conducting wire,the temperature as the variations of the form of the composed bridges is analyzed.Error caused by wire resistance is modified,so measurement precision is improved greatly.The method of reducing the error in the electricity measurement to strain test is obtained.
