摘    要:目的研究冬虫夏草中铜的含量。方法利用石墨炉原子吸收法,采取固体直接进样(solidsampling—graphitefurnace-atomicabsorptionspectrometry,SS-GF—AAS)对冬虫夏草发酵茵丝体粉中的铜元素进行分析测定。结果SS_GF—AAS实验结果显示,冬虫夏草发酵茵丝体粉中的铜元素含量在6.45~7.24mg/kg之间,平行样品的重复性相对偏差(RSD)为0.63%~5.37%,样品的日间重现性RSD为4.43%,此方法的回收率范围为91.19%~110.62%。结论该方法重现性良好,其测定结果的精密度及重现性可以同常用的液体原子吸收分光光度法相媲美。

Abstract:Objective--To determinate the content of copper in Uorclyceps sznenszs . lvietnoas tesuits Conclusion Methods--With graphite furnace atomic absorption method, direct solid sample intro duction (solid sampling-graphite furnace-atomic absorption spectrometry, SS-GF-AAS) is used to analyze the copper element in the Cordyceps sinensis mycelium powder. Results --The results of SS- GF-AAS show that the content of the copper element in the Cordyceps sinensis mycelium powder is 6.45~7.24 mg/kg. The relative standard deviation (RSD) of the repeatability of the parallel samples is 0. 63%-5. 37%, and the RSD of the inter-day reproducibility of the samples is 4.43%. The recovery rate of this method is 91.19%-110.62%. ConclusionThe method.has a good reproducibility, the precision and reproducibility of the test results can be comparable to the commonly-used atomic absorption spectrophotometry of liquid.
