| Abstract: | A concise asymmetric synthesis of first, high affinity domaine D1 full agonist, dihydrexidine has been accomplished via catalytic enantioselective aziridination and subsequent one-pot Friedel-Crafts cyclization of an in situ generated tethered aziridine with high diastereo- and enantioselectivities. |
