激光喇曼光谱的光纤采样技术

摘    要:设计了一种高效光纤喇曼探针,与常规采样方法相比,简化了操作,改善了测量的信噪比,同时,光纤采样实现了远距离测量,使恶劣环境下的现场检测成为可能。

Abstract:The Raman probe made of optical fibre bundle possesses the advantage of high collecting efficiency, improved S/N ratio, simplicity and suitability for remote sampling. The application of optical fibre probe suggests that a high sensitive Raman probe can be fabricat ed by a modification of the probe head employing strong SERS substrate for direct trace detection. As compared to conventional sampling, the superiority of optical fibre sampling demonstrates its adaptability for various in situ detection. Its application to in situ sampling on silver electrode surface in electrochemical cell as well as other applications show that in this way experiment could be realized conveniently.
