| 摘 要： | 对中药中11种有机氯农药的毛细管气相色谱测定方法进行了研究。以水-丙酮（3：7，V／V）为提取剂，采用超声波辅助提取中药中残留的农药，经正己烷液一液分配，浓硫酸净化，采用不分流进样方式，用HP-5弹性石英毛细管柱经柱程序升温技术分离，并用电子捕获检测器检测，峰面积外标法定量，取得了较好的效果。方法的添加回收率在（80．2～118．4）％，相对标准偏差为（1．02～11．1）％，从而建立了中药中有机氯农药残留测定的新方法。

| Abstract: | A method was developed for the determination of 11 organchlorine pesticide residues in Chinese herbal medicine by the capillary gas chromatography with the electron capture detector(CGC-ECD).Sonication extraction system was used,in which acetone was the extractant.The solvent of sodium chloride was added to the extractant to separate the pesticides,n-Hexane was also added to carry out liquid-liquid extraction.The extracts were clearned up by concentrated H_2SO_4.The recoveries obtained from samples were in the range of(80.2~118.4)%,with relative standard deviations of(1.02~11.1)%.The method was proved to be effective and practical. |
