海豚肝脏中元素含量的测定及铜和镉形态的初步分析

利用原子吸收光谱法分别测定了4只海豚肝脏样品中硒、汞、铜、镉、锌、铁、锰、镍等元素含量，结果表明海豚肝脏中这些元素的含量都相当高。对海豚肝脏中重金属元素铜和镉的形态进行了初步的分析，发现肝脏碱性蛋白水解酶消解上清液中部分铜以离子态、部分铜和全部镉以结合态的形式存在于海豚肝脏中。

Analysis of Elements' Contents and Primary Species Study of Copper and Cadmium in Dolphin's Liver

The contents of elements in four dolphin livers were analyzed by atomic absorption spectrometry. The result shows that the elements' concentrations are very high in dolphin's liver. And the species of copper and cadmium in the livers were primarily studied. It is found that in the Alkaline protease supernatant copper exists both as ion and combined forms,while all cadmium exist in the livers as combined forms.
