粘结磁性磨料的研究

摘    要:介绍了用粘结法制备磁性磨料的新工艺,研究了粘结磁性磨料的成分、技术特征和要求,并对粘结磁性磨料的性能进行了初步的测试。结果表明,粘结磁性磨料的综合性能优良,制备方法简单,可以取代进口磁性磨料,填补了国内磁性磨料制备技术的空白,解决磁性研磨技术进一步推广应用的主要难题。

Abstract:This paper introduced a new process for preparation of magnetic abrasive grains with binding method. The following items concerned with the grains have been studied: composition, technical characteristics and using requirements.Performance tests related to the magnetic abrasive grains have been made. The results indicated that the magnetic abrasive grains formed by binding method has many advantages, such as fine comprehensive performances, simple preparing process and so on. Consequentially, this process will fill the blank space of internal preparing technique of magnetic abrasive grains,and solve the principle barrier of wide application of magnetic abrasive finishing technology.
