A PHASE TRANSITION MODEL WITH PERPETUAL ORDER |

| Abstract: | A simple model is given to show there exists a kind of phase transition for which the order parameter never vanishes; its characteristic is the second derivative of the order parameter rather than the order parameter itself, and its critical behavior satisfies the scaling. |
