数控系统软件芯片库集成开发环境的研究

摘    要:通过对数控系统的功能进行分析、芯片定义及对数控系统软件芯片库运行环境的理论研究,对数控系统软件芯片库运行机制及总体结构进行了探讨,给出了数控软件库各功能芯片及接口信息标准,对各种特征、类型的机床提出了一种通用的数控软件结构,即通过对各个芯片进行耦合来实现一定功能的数控系统,进而为建立一个类似硬件芯片的高可靠性数控系统软件芯片库打下基础.

Development Platform under Integrated Environment for Software IC to be Used in CNC System
Abstract:With the module definition and function analysis of the CNC system, the design theory of the software IC is studied, and the operation mechanism as well as the architectural structure of the IC under integrated environment are discussed. The main objective is to develop a general software structure for machine tools with various characteristics, and to develop also a development platform for CNC softwares of high reliability. In the platform, all the operating mechanisms and the process modules will be functioned together with the global framework in interactive mode with the users; and with the coupling of the chips, the required functions of the CNC system can be realized. The system is characterized with interactivity, portability, expandability and interchangeability.
