| Abstract: | Photoconductivity spectrum of a single crystal of CuGaS2 has been resolved into various distincts peaks in the range from 0.5 to 0.7 micro. The peaks are explained on the basis of creation of electron-hole pairs and transitions caused by deep centers. The characteristic absorption in the green region is also reflected in the photoconductivity spectrum. |
