硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料隔爆性能的研究

摘    要:对四种不同密度的硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料(简称RPUF)隔爆性能进行了研究。发现随着RPUF材料密度的增加,其被发雷管爆炸概率为50%时的隔板厚度不断下降。对密度为0.091和0.345g/cm3的RPUF材料作了静态压缩及动态冲击压缩试验(应变率为103s-1)。结果表明此材料具有较好的吸能缓冲性能,并且在所研究的密度范围内,随着密度的增加,材料的吸能缓冲性能增加,隔爆性能也增强。

Abstract:The sympathetic property of rigid polyurethane foam(RPUF)plastics of four different densities is investigated in this paper.It is found that the gap width of 50% explosion probability of passive detonator( L 50 )decreases with the increase of its density.Then the stress strain curves of RPUF material of two densities(0.091g/cm 3 and 0.345g/cm 3) are obtained by quasi static compression tests and dynamic impact tests with a strain rate about 10 3s -1 .Results of tests show that RPUF is a good cushioning material of energy absorption,and that the increase of density within the experimental range will result in the higher quality of energy absorption and cushioning which leads to the promotion of its antisympathetic property.
