| 摘 要： | 采用蒸馏法提取和膜法浓缩相结合的方法从绿苏汁中提取紫苏醛,整个生产过程不引入任何有毒物质,保证了产品的天然性和安全性.对馏出液采用纳滤和反渗透膜浓缩的方法进行回收提浓,结果表明:3种膜中,NF-1812-50纳滤膜的透过通量远高于TW30-1812-75和TW30-1812-50 2种反渗透膜.操作压力的变化会显著影响NF-1812-50纳滤膜的操作性能,在0.4 MPa的压力下,NF-1812-50膜达到最大的截留率和产品回收率.适宜的浓缩倍数能明显提高膜的截留性能和产品回收率.

| Abstract: | Distillation extraction in combination with membrane concentration is drawn up for the extraction of perillaldehyde from leaf juice of Perilla frutescens(L.)
