摘    要:本文中分析了从高温合金熔体快速淬火形成非晶态合金带的固化过程。指出非晶态合金带的不同部位在固化过程中,具有不同的固化推进方式,从而形成不同的区域应力场。从理论上计算了非晶态薄带中不同区域的内应力场和应力磁各向导性。计算的结果及其推论能很好地解释观察到的非晶态铁滋合金带的磁畴结构和实验现象。 关键词

Abstract:The solidification progresses of rapidly quenching from high-tempersture melts to form amorphous alloy ribbons were analysed. It was pointed out that different regions of the amorphous ribbon have different advancing ways of solidification in the process of solidifying, thus different local stress fields will exist in these regions. The internal stress fields and the stress-magnetic anisotropies in different regions of the amorphous ribbon were calculated theoretically. The calculated results and their inferences can interpret satisfactorily the observed structures of the magnetic domain in the amorphous ribbons and some phenomena in the experiments of the domain's observations.
