摘    要:针对TD-SCDMA通信系统的要求,设计了一种可以承载大功率信号的双模高温超导滤波器,给出了双模大功率滤波器的设计理论、设计过程以及功率承载能力的推算。滤波器用LAO基片的高温超导薄膜制作,中心频率为2017.5MHz,通带宽度为15MHz,功率承载能力达到10W以上,滤波器的测试结果与设计结果吻合较好。

Abstract:In this paper,a high temperature superconducting dual-mode microstrip filter with high power handling capability for TD-SCDMA communication system was designed,the theory,the equivalent circuit,coupling matrix,simulated performance and the measured results were presented.The filter was manufactured on the double-sided HTS DyBCO film on a LAO substrate of 0.5mm thickness.The center frequency is 2017.5MHz,the bandwidth is 15MHz,and the power handling capability is more than 10Watts.
