| Abstract: | This paper briefly introduces the concrete ideas of HDTV platform construction in QuanYun Village,as a starting point of the actual demand in the platform ,Introduces the construction characteristics about the HDTV platfrom from the aspects of structure, design principle ,equipment configuration and business planning, from the receiving of source ,transcoding and multiplexing scrambling to discuss the upgrading ability platform, and the composition about the whole platform to realize backup mechanism and monitoring system , and introduces the application situation of system. |
