大气气溶胶细粒子谱校正方法实验研究

摘    要:利用Gilibrator-2电子皂膜流量计对扫描电迁移率粒径分析仪(scanning mobility particle sizer,SMPS)的系统流量进行了校正,同时利用气溶胶发生器对SMPS测量粒径的准确度进行了检测。结果表明:校正SMPS系统流量前,其样流和鞘流的面板显示值与实际值存在偏差。用标准粒径200 nm的聚苯乙烯乳胶球发生气溶胶,得到校正面板流量前后SMPS的峰值直径分别为274.3 nm和198.7 nm,测量结果与标准粒径的偏差从36.1%降低到2.1%,校正后可以实现准确测量。对比分析了校正流量前后SMPS谱分布和数浓度的变化情况以说明校正的必要性。

Experimental Research on Correcting Method of Fine Aerosol Particle Size Distribution

Abstract:By using Gilibrator-2 electronic soap film ttowmeter, the system flow of scanning mobility particle sizer (SMPS) was calibrated. Aerosol generator was also used to test the accuracy of measuring particle size. The result indicates that before the system flow of SMPS was calibrated, there is a deviation between the values of sample flow and sheath flow on SMPS panel and the correspondingly actual values of them. The diameter in peak is 274.3 nm before the flow on panel is calibrated. Measuring diameter in peak of aerosol particles is 198.7 nm after calibration. The deviation between from 36.1% to 2.1%. before and after the Size distribution and number concentration SMPS flow was calibrated standard size and measuring result reduces of aerosols were also compared and analyzed
