微位移传感器测固体线胀系数

摘    要:利用光杠杆装置测量了微位移传感器的灵敏度,用微位移传感器测量了铜的线胀系数,结果显示,与传统的光杠杆放大法相比,微位移传感器测量结果更加稳定和可靠.

Abstract:A new method of measuring linear expansion coefficient of solid is reported.A micro-displacement sensor is used to measure the tiny displacement in the experiment after its sensitivity has been measured by the use of an optical lever.Comparing with the traditional method,the results of the new method show better stability.
