齿蕊十大功劳茎端分生组织细胞中前片层体的超微结构观察

摘    要:齿蕊十大功劳茎端分生组织细胞中的前片层体为立体的规则菱形网状拟晶格结构。黄化质体内的前片层体同白色体内的前片层体相比较,在质体的发育转变过程中略有差别。黄化质体内扁平囊泡是由前片层体四周向外伸展,而白色体中扁平囊泡形成则受到淀粉粒的限制,穿行于淀粉复合体的间隙中。对白色体内前片层体的超微结构形成和变化进行了讨论。


ULTRASTRUCTURAL OBSERVATION ON PROLAMELLAR BODIES IN APICAL MERISTEMATIC CELLS OF MAHONIA LEVEILLEANA SCHNEID
Abstract:The prolamellar bodies in the apical meristematic cells of Mahonia levei- lleana Schneid are rhomboidly reticulate cubical crystalloid-like structure. When the plastids are transformed, the prolamellar bodies are some difference between leucoplasts and etiplasts.In the etiplasts some planatic vesicles extend out from everyside.In leucoplasts the planatic vesicles pass through the inter- space between compound starch grains. During the development of prolamellar bodies in leucoplasts, the electron-opaque spheres appresr prior to the for- mation of prolamellar bodies,and their entry pass through the openning of the double layered membranes of leucoplasts.
