一些植物对大气中SO2暴露的反应

摘    要:在厦门市区5个地点,研究了常见本本植物:芒果、银桦、台湾相思树、石栗、垂花悬铃花、红花夹竹桃和盆栽植物蕹菜对大气中SO_2暴露的生理生态反应。对供试植物叶片进行了蒸腾强度,气孔阻扰,叶片中硫、氯含量以及叶绿素含量的分析测定。结果发现大气中SO_2浓度高的样点,植物叶片的含硫较高,气孔阻抗增强,蒸腾强度减弱,叶绿素含量减低。

Abstract:The contents of chlorophyll, S and C1 in leaves, stomatal indexs and plant growthof Mangifera indica, Grevillea rabusta, Acacia confusa, Aleurites moluccma, Maivaisus cfboreus var pen dtdiflorns and Nerium iniicum at five sites were estimated to evaluate air quality in Xiamen City. In high concentration of SO2 area, S content in leaves was higher, total amount of chlorophyll a and b was decreased, transpiration rate and stomatal conductance were lower, plant growth was inhibited. It is considered that determining the appropriate physiological indexes is one of the important work in biological monitoring of atmospheric pollution.
