| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来,随着旅游业的迅猛发展,我国旅游饭店业也取得了长足的发展.但与其发展规模相比,旅游饭店的经营绩效却没有得到相应的提高.本文就此分析了改革开放以来我国旅游饭店经营绩效的变化情况,并从行业自身特点、经济管理体制、行业结构、行业内部因素和外部环境等5个方面分析了我国旅游饭店经营绩效低迷的原因.

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of tourism,our country traveling hotel has made great progress since the reform and open policy were performed.But compared with its development scale,market achievements of traveling hotel have not obtained corresponding enhancement.So the paper analyses the market achievements changes of our country traveling hotel and also gives the reason from five aspects such as its character,economic management system,indusrrial structure,internal factors and external environment. |
