摘    要:电化学和电化学发光检测法技术简单、原位和高灵敏度的特点使其能用作毛细管电泳、微芯 片毛细管电泳检测器.本文结合本实验室近年来的工作讨论了题示技术的最新进展.

Abstract:Capillary electrophoresis has become an important analytical tool because of its powerful separation capacity, high efficiency, short analytical time, and minimum consumption of sample and reagents. Their high sensitivity, simplicity and wide linear range make electrochemistry and electrochemiluminescence as a powerful detector of capillary electrophoresis. Moreover, electrochemistry and electrochemiluminescence completely satisfy the high sensitivity, simple instrumentation setup facilitating integration of the requirement of microchip capillary electrophoresis to detector. This article presents the state of the art of the above techniques mainly based on the research results from our laboratory published very recently.
