摘    要:采用非MacNeille形式的薄膜偏光分束镜的设计,在K9基体上交替镀制了ZrO2和SiO2薄膜,从而在690 nm处实现了P光和S光的偏振分光.搭建了三个偏光测试系统对样品的偏光性能进程了测试,测试结果表明:透射率曲线和理论设计曲线吻合得很好;透射P光的消光比优于1.3×10-3,可以作为优良的起偏镜;入射角变小时其消光比呈变优趋势.

Abstract:This article adopts the design of non-MacNeille polarizing beam-splitting prism to realize light splitting of P light and S light at the wavelength of 690 through depositing ZrO2 and SiO2 on K9 alternately. Three systems have been setup to test the polarizing character of the sample. Experiment proves that the transmitted curve is similar with the theoretical one and its extinction ratio is better than 1.3×10-3, which show that the character of extinction is excellent and can be a good polarize prism . At last,it is testified that the smaller the incident angle is, the more excellent extinction ratio is.
