| 摘 要： | 香港电视广播有限公司（TVB）电视剧的中英两种剧名是香港中西文化交融的体现,剧名翻译好坏不仅对该剧收视率有直接关联,还对该剧的文化传播和国际影响起着巨大作用。文章从＂功能目的论＂关照下对TVB电视剧中英文剧名进行评鉴,并由此探讨华语电视剧汉英翻译策略,以便今后华语电视剧在全球更加广泛的传播。

| Abstract: | The TV plays of Hong Kong Television Broadcasting have both the Chinese and English versions, which reveals integration of Chinese and Western culture. The quality of the title translation does not only relate to the audience-rating, but also has a great effect on the culture communication and international influence. We will try to evaluate the quality of various floes of TVB＇s TV plays under the guidance of Skopos Theory and then to discuss some translation strategies, thus make Chinese TV plays spread wider globally. |
